This issue is one of the most complex problems facing the world in 2020.  It is a major challenge to the long terms viability of the ecosystems on the plant and has also revealed some significant problems with the ways science and evidence interact with decisionmaking in modern society.  There are a wealth of resouces, ideas and information online.
